Privacy
This website belongs to Greg Parker-Clarke, who is responsible for any personal information you send through it. You can reach him at hello@parker-clarke.com.
01What is collected
Only what you write on the Say Hello form: your name, your email address and your message.
02Why
So Greg can read your message and reply to it. Your details are not sold, used for marketing or added to a mailing list. The lawful basis is legitimate interests: you have contacted Greg and he needs your details to respond.
03Who handles it
- Netlify hosts this website and receives the Say Hello form. Submissions are stored in Greg’s Netlify account, and Netlify sends a copy to his email. Netlify automatically checks submissions for spam. Netlify is based in the United States, so your details may be processed there under Netlify’s data processing terms.
- Microsoft 365 provides Greg’s email at parker-clarke.com. Your message is held in his mailbox, and any reply is sent from it.
- Cloudflare manages the domain name, which directs visitors to the website and email to Microsoft. It does not receive the contents of the form.
As with any website, the hosting provider may record technical information such as IP addresses and browser type in order to deliver the site and keep it secure.
04How long it is kept
Your message is kept only for as long as it is needed to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows from it. Submissions stored in Netlify and messages in Greg’s mailbox are then deleted.
05Cookies
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. While you browse, your browser stores a few small settings, such as whether the opening animation has already played. These are cleared when you close the tab and are never sent anywhere. Fonts, images and video are all served from this website.
06Links to other sites
Some links, such as press articles and Instagram, open other websites. Their own privacy policies apply once you leave this one.
07Your rights
You can ask to see the information held about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or object to its use. Email hello@parker-clarke.com and you will receive a response within one month. If you are unhappy with how your information has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
